L'Atelier By Patrick Baillet, Maître Chocolatier in Aÿ is a tasting and sales room which groups together the activities of meals, Chocolate factory, Macaroons, Ice Creams, Tea Room, Ice Creams.
All products are homemade and on site.
The originality of this new establishment is the realization of meals in "BoKos", to be tasted on the spot or to take away.
Based on products elaborated from raw materials mainly from our region and a reasoned agriculture, customers will be able to choose between 4 starters, 4 main courses and 4 desserts.
There are 18 place settings on site, as well as a terrace for sunny days.
