We welcome you to a small, peaceful village on the banks of the canal and the Marne. You're at the foot of the Parc de la Montagne de Reims, close to the famous champagne cellars and Reims Cathedral. Épernay 10 km, Châlons-en-Champagne 20 km, Reims 30 km.
House on large shared enclosed plot (with gites 51G366, 51G337 and 51G423).
First floor: large kitchen with central island (serving as dining room) with access to laundry room (washing machine and dryer), living room with corner sofa and TV, work area with 2 desks giving access to staircase to first floor.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, a desk and a washbasin. Access to the shower in the hallway.
Linen rental 7? per person, cleaning package 70?, and a KOTTA GRILL for evenings (plancha, fondue) from 20?.
Heating, utilities and bed linen included.
For professionals: end-of-stay cleaning package (70?) compulsory.
