The townhouse at N°2 place de l'Abbé Cordier features a charming corner niche with Gothic decorations. The statue in the niche represents Saint Mammès, patron saint of the Langres diocese. The figure is accompanied by his tamed lion and a phylactery bearing the Scriptures. He is holding back his entrails, a sign of his martyrdom.
