Located where rue du Four-du-chapitre meets Place de l'Abbé Cordier, this oven was donated to the chapter in 1252 by Bishop Gui de Rochefort. The canons rebuilt it in 1263, leaving its management to a baker detached from the episcopal jurisdiction. The 13-meter square building is vaulted with nine ribbed crossbeams and features capitals adorned with geometric motifs or stylized plants. A large fireplace adjoins the front wall.
