Auberge de l'Abbatiale

This place, steeped in history, has been fitted out to create an old-fashioned atmosphere, with large, spacious rooms. The dining rooms feature bread ovens, gigantic fireplaces in which you can roast a whole ox, monastic tables with candlesticks carved into the wood, paved with stone slabs and lit by faith-filled stained-glass windows... Seating has been carefully designed for maximum comfort. Fireplaces and two wood-fired bread ovens enable the chef to prepare truly traditional dishes.
