Designed around 1850, the garden was then the property of a family of Mulhouse industrialists: the Jaquet family. The 1 hectare park is designed in the English style in the tradition of 19th century landscape gardeners, with species of the time: beech, purple, chestnut, Atlas cedar ... Also noteworthy is the only chestnut tree existing in a public park in Mulhouse.
