The detached house "A Côté" is ideally located for visiting Alsace, between Mulhouse and Colmar in a small historic town with all amenities, a few minutes from the Ecomusée d'Alsace and the Parc du Petit Prince, close to the picturesque villages of the Alsace vineyards and other tourist sites
The fully renovated 3-storey house is located in a quiet neighborhood, next door to the owner's house.
The first floor comprises:
* an entrance hall
* a fitted kitchen opening onto the south-west-facing terrace) and the lounge-dining room
* 2 bedrooms (one with a 140x190 cm double bed, the other with a 90x190 cm single bed)
* a shower room
* separate WC
First floor:
* 2 bedrooms (one with a 140x190 cm double bed and the other with two 80x200 cm electric beds)

* storage space and a laundry room equipped with washing machine + dryer and a second refrigerator with 2 freezer drawers.
