Esprit d'Alsace offers a wide range of Alsatian-flavored products in its boutique and on request for special orders.



The company also produces in its Ensisheim workshop:

* Fresh ravioli stuffed with Munster cheese, foie gras or Alsace cured ham

* Jarred ravioli: for easy transport

* Terrines: blueberry, gewurztraminer marc, beer, gingerbread....

* An aperitif range: snail cassolette, trout cassolette, fresh mushroom cassolette...

* Foie gras: plain or with gingerbread

* Specialties: Wingen trout pies, snail cakes...
