Sa Ki Bon (literally "That's what's good" in Mauritian) is a restaurant, café/lounge and delicatessen specialising in products from the islands of the Indian Ocean, thanks to a Mauritian chef who used to work in Reunion Island. The chef draws his inspiration from his father's Chinese and mother's Hindu roots and from his native country: "Mauritius is a mixture of African, Asian and Indian cultures, which explains the diversity and richness of our gastronomy".
In a real adventure, the flavours are discovered and you gradually open up to a whole range of recipes that you are not familiar with for an unparalleled gustatory journey. It's like travelling across the Indian Ocean without leaving Strasbourg!
