The town of Obernai has opened the doors of the Château de la Léonardsau, a listed historic monument recently restored to its former glory by passionate craftsmen. Built at the beginning of the 20th century by Baron Albert de Dietrich, this jewel of Alsace?s heritage has been restored to its former glory.

Throughout your visit, trilingual interactive displays - including digital tables and a podcast listening station - plunge you into the fascinating history of the estate: the construction of the château, the development of its grounds, the life of Baron de Dietrich, and the filming in 1971 of La Décade prodigieuse, made on site.

On the first floor, explanations accompany the discovery of each room and its original function. Upstairs, a convivial library invites you to take a break and browse through books dedicated to Alsace, the Léonardsau estate and regional artists. Finally, on the top level, the digital gallery with the Micro-Folie offers a unique immersion into the masterpieces of the world?s greatest museums.
