In the garden of the Chapel St. Wendelin (1566) in Mutzig is a small column with a cubic sandstone block. Heavily deteriorated by the passage of time, traces of the hour lines of a horizontal dial can still be seen, but the style has disappeared. This dial would date from the end of the 17th or the beginning of the 18th century.
