Located in the heart of the medieval town of Molsheim, some twenty kilometers from Strasbourg, this restaurant is housed on the ground floor of one of the town's most impressive buildings: the Metzig, the former butcher's shop. The summer terrace allows you to take full advantage of the view of the beautifully flowered Renaissance building.
In the 80-seat dining room, you can enjoy not only Alsatian specialities and the daily menu, but also game and fish dishes. For those in a hurry, there's also a takeaway service. Tartes flambées are only served on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. During the day, the restaurant sometimes turns into a brasserie in the afternoons. In July and August, the restaurant serves lunch and dinner every day. The restaurant's capacity is increased by its terrace overlooking the Renaissance fountain on the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville.
The ground-level restaurant is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
