Flower honey: Harvested in Mutzig, Still and Gresswiller, this is a spring honey made from the flowers of hedges, meadows, fruit trees and acacia. A sweet honey with an intense orange-yellow color.
Acacia honey: harvested in May on the heights of Mutzig, clear and limpid, with a very mild flavor. Awarded a gold medal at the honey competition of the regional confederation of Alsace beekeepers 2025.
Miel de Forêt: A dark honey harvested in early summer in Mollkirch, a blend of chestnut, fir and a few summer flowers.
Chestnut honey: a dark, ropy honey with woody flavors and a characteristic slight bitterness, harvested in June in the chestnut groves of Mollkirch. Awarded a silver medal by the regional confederation of beekeepers of Alsace 2025.
Miel de sapin : A summer honey harvested on the heights of Grendelbruch. It's a dark honey with a syrupy texture and a woody aroma mingled with resinous scents. Awarded a silver medal by the regional confederation of beekeepers of Alsace 2025.
Don't forget to return empty jars, which are returnable.
