Mini-planétaire

📍 Gresswiller, Bas-Rhin · rue de l'église, 67190 Gresswiller
À propos
Installed in the pretty multi-purpose room next to the church, the Gresswiller Planetary is a 9-metre diameter mini-solar system that allows visitors to understand the real movements of the different planets around the Sun, and of the Moon around the Earth, the succession of days and nights, the round of the seasons, etc....

The whole thing is a true mechanical marvel, capable of operating without any electronic assistance, created by a local child, Michel Rohr.

This ingenious Planetary goldsmith has realized another dream: to build an astronomical clock in the town hall square
