The 48° Nord table is reinvented as the NYD table!
The chef is keeping things ultra-local (still organic) and focusing on plants to create a table for sharing. A Danish philosophy that could be translated as "enjoy, savor, appreciate" - a very hygge version of cooking.
A single ambition: to introduce you to the best of local organic farming and the circular economy that surrounds it: organic products, committed producers, sustainable cuisine. The chef works with 25 local producers. The nearest producer is less than 100m away, while the farthest is 90km away.
Brunch is offered every Saturday.
