MAGELLAN : L’Odyssée inachevée

In August 1519, five ships set sail from Seville on a mission that many considered impossible: to find a route to the Indies via the West. At their helm was Ferdinand Magellan, a visionary navigator willing to do anything to pursue his dream.

Freely inspired by Stefan Zweig’s novel and told through the eyes of Antonio Pigafetta, the expedition’s chronicler, this one-man show takes us on an extraordinary human adventure.
Mutiny, storms, discoveries, hopes, and disappointments mark this journey that will forever change our view of the world.

Blending historical narrative, humor, emotion, and poetry, *Magellan: The Unfinished Odyssey* explores our relationship with dreams, failure, and fulfillment. For behind the legendary explorer lies a profoundly universal question: how far are we willing to go to reach our own horizon?

Following *The Prompter* and *The Man and the Fisherman*—two massive hits at the Avignon Festival—Paolo Crocco does us the honor of offering a preview of his brand-new creation.
