Come and discover the joys of surfing and the benefits of the sea on Rochebonne beach.
Hélène Rouault, manager and instructor of the "HINA SURF" surf school, welcomes you with a smile and professionalism from April to November.
Her surfing experience and pedagogy enable students to progress in complete safety and on waves for all levels.
Since 2016, Hina Surf has been developing Surf Therapy for people with disabilities.
Hélène's approach, based on pleasure, well-being and the human touch, guarantees you'll have a great time with your family or on your own. With over 20 years' experience as a teacher, you can be sure of individualized support, even in group settings.
From age 7, group lessons last 1h30 with board and wetsuit provided.
From your first session at 45 euros, subsequent sessions at 40 euros, to the 5-day course (180 euros), you can choose a formula to suit your needs and progress.
The aim is to learn the basics or perfect your skills, so that you can become a responsible surfer, evolving in complete safety and having fun at the same time.
You can also rent equipment (surfboards, wetsuits, paddles, bodyboards); prices are on the website. You need to let us know at the latest the day before by SMS to get the best times.
