This beautiful municipal facility is a new building designed to support the community's cultural and associative life and, thanks to its central location, to help revitalize the heart of Riec-sur-Bélon.
The site of the former presbytery, after its purchase by the commune from the diocese, was entirely reworked and redesigned by the Nantes-based architectural firm Guinée-Potin, to offer a renovated building (350 m2) coupled with a village hall (525 m2 wood-frame extension).
It combines respect for an old, heritage building with a contemporary spirit. It is set in the middle of a garden, a small green setting providing security for all, thanks to its old stone perimeter wall.
