monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m
wednesdays from 3 to 8 p.m
saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m
The objective of open forme is to make sport simple, easy and accessible, thanks to an absence of schedule constraints, tailor-made offers with monthly payments, easy-to-use machines and the supervision of a state-qualified teacher who provides coaching (assessment and personalised training programme). Individual changing rooms and showers, TV/music air conditioning/heating, secure parking and access, video surveillance.
