At Kersonioù, we believe that body and mind form a single symphony. Through Pilates (machines & sol), dance, sound therapy and other complementary disciplines (gym slave, Latin training, somatic practices, naturopathy, etc.), we guide you towards greater body awareness and a deep sense of letting go.
Pilates, the art of movement
As the only FPMP-accredited studio in Finistère, Kersonioù offers rigorous, caring Pilates instruction on machines and mats, suitable for all: athletes, dancers, sedentary workers, seniors, etc. Precise work to strengthen and mobilize your body in complete safety.
Sonotherapy, a vibratory immersion
Enjoy a unique experience with sound baths and/or massages, using gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks and vibrations to soothe the mind, release tension and rebalance energy. A rare approach in France, inspired and trained by leading international experts.

Created by Julia Kerguelen, a state-qualified teacher, certified in Pilates, sonotherapy (and many others); Kersonioù is the fruit of a long journey between dance, well-being and holistic practices. Trained in the U.S., France and Canada with some of the best teachers, Julia puts her expertise at the service of personalized, immersive classes, to reconnect each individual to their full potential.
