Begood Alg is a small, independent company harvesting wild organic seaweed in the Pays Bigouden region.
After being hand-picked on the Finistère coast, the seaweed is dehydrated in a solar dryer, before being transformed into flakes, seaweed tartars or condiments in the laboratory in Plozévet.
Sales at summer markets in Penhors, Pont Croix and Kérity and on Friday from 4pm to 6pm at the farm in July and August.
