2026 marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Association des Potiers Créateurs de Puisaye at the Treigny Convent.
Longevity, transition, dynamism and creativity are the key words of this event, which consists of two joint exhibitions, one devoted to the 14 current active members of the association, and spread across the 5 exhibition rooms of the Convent, upstairs and on the ground floor; and the other, in the form of a retrospective, reserved for former members and presented in a room on the ground floor.
All the posters from past exhibitions, from 2006 to 2026, will also be on display in the reception area.

During the autumn exhibition, 8 WORKSHOPS will be offered free of charge to the public, every Saturday from 12 Sept. to 31 Oct., from 3pm to 5pm, led by members of the association: engraving on ceramic tiles, introduction to the sgraffito technique, classes on enamelling, animal modelling, working with slabs, introduction to throwing, sgraffito on hanging medallions, mixed earthenware.
Opening on Saturday 5 September: RANDONNEE SOUVENIRS / 20 YEARS MEAL
We're organising a festive inauguration on the day of the vernissage, and in the afternoon, a bucolic and artistic walk, in collaboration with the local association "visorando", who will be organising the 7km route from Treigny to Le Chaineau (visits to the recumbent kilns in the canon's house, his gallery and Charles-Henri Guiéba's workshop), via Ratilly (visit to the exhibition at the château and its workshops) and back to the Treigny Convent.
This walk, full of memories, will highlight the transition between these two emblematic places in the life of the association: 23 years of exhibitions at the Maison du Chanoine, followed by 20 years at the Couvent de Treigny.
This will be followed by a talk at the convent by gallery owner and lecturer Stéphanie Gachon, covering the history of the two venues and introducing the exhibitors.
Then, after the preview, we'll round off the day with a convivial meal and the 20th anniversary cake, where we'll blow out the candles together!
