Atelier découverte de la taille de pierre

A real stone-cutting workshop, designed for children, gives them a chance to discover how stone is worked. Using 30 stone-cutting stations equipped with specially adapted tools, and under the guidance of an experienced instructor, each pupil creates a simple object that he or she will keep for future use. The Stone Carving Workshop is the perfect complement to a visit to La Carrière, and a great source of motivation for all the pupils. The activity lasts an hour, in addition to the hour-long visit. Large groups are divided into sub-groups that alternate between a guided tour and a workshop.
