Who is this course for? For people over 18 in good physical condition, experienced hikers, capable of walking with a pack independently.
Group size: 8 participants max.
Equipment required: freeze-dried meals, snacks, 2-3 litres of water (depending on the weather), rucksack, tent, duvet, mattress, suitable footwear and all your hiking equipment,
Equipment hire for the outing on request: tent, mattress, duvet, gas stove, 50-litre rucksack.
