How about combining a day's cycling with a visit to a regional biscuit production site? Your day begins in Auxerre, where you pedal through the magnificent Burgundy countryside. For lunch, take a break with the family over a picnic or lunch in a restaurant. After a well-earned break, it's time to get back on the bike to reach your destination, where a visit to the production site and a biscuit tasting session await you. After the effort, the comfort! During the tour, you'll have the chance to discover the secrets of biscuit making. After that, it's time to return to Auxerre, taking advantage of our transfer service.
