Lormes is 5 min. drive away (lake ideal for swimming, especially for children). Terrace (outdoor furniture) at front of house, fenced garden (outdoor furniture, BBQ, swing) at the back (nearing completion).|Ground floor: large living room (wood-burning stove, TV, Internet access - fibre optic) with open-plan fitted kitchen, cosy lounge (large ultra HD flat screen TV), shower room/WC (large shower, towel-drying radiator, washing machine). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed) (double bed, single bed).
