This gîte for 2 people, completely renovated in 2024, has a rustic and modern decor with everything on the ground floor.
The open plan kitchen connects to the living room which has direct access to the terrace. From here, you have a magnificent view over the large private garden, the adjacent meadows and the Morvan Regional Nature Park. At the bottom of the garden are several old fruit trees which make this part of the garden a pleasant, shady spot.
This gîte is located 10 km from the village of Corbigny where all necessary amenities are available. Directly around the gîte, there are numerous hiking opportunities. There's also plenty of natural beauty in the area, with the Canal du Nivernais and the River Yonne just a 5-minute drive away. The Baye and Vaux lakes are 15 minutes away, and the Morvan Regional Nature Park is also nearby. The beautiful towns of the region, such as Vézelay and Auxerre, are also well worth a visit.
