With Claudine, a basket-maker in Decize, spend a day or half-day making an object using traditional basket-making techniques.
Amaze your friends, and come home with your own 100% home-made creation!

This course takes place in the basketmaker's workshop in Decize town centre.

Depending on the dates chosen, different creations are possible:
- Zarzo basket: 9am-6pm (€100)
An original basket from Spain, with contemporary lines that are accessible even to budding basket-makers! Add a plant or dried flowers, or use it as an egg basket.

- Tontine: 9am - 4pm (€80)
A round structure in raw wicker to support your summer climbing plants: nasturtium, passionflower, roses, tomatoes, green beans, etc.

- Heart: 9am - 12pm or 2pm - 5pm (€50)
A living wicker interlace in the shape of a heart, to give as a gift, to treat yourself to, to watch grow and to help blossom in a vase, pot or in the ground.

- Basket (advanced level): 9am - 6pm (€100)
A beautiful woven object to hang up for hanging plants, kitchen condiments, keys in the hallway, etc.

- Conical basket (advanced level): 9am - 6pm (€100)
A small round basket using traditional techniques, with a touch of originality in its asymmetry.

- Soap dish: 9am-11am (€30)
A pretty bathroom decoration to introduce you to wicker weaving.
