On the ground floor: large, bright living room opening onto the terrace, with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen (1 filter coffee maker + 1 Senseo, raclette machine), dining area and living room with a wood-burning stove. One single bedroom (one 90-cm bed). One bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Separate toilet. Laundry room. Game room in the basement with a multi-game table and a PS2. Upstairs, two half-levels lead to four bedrooms: one with one 140-bed and one 90-bed, the second with one 160-bed, the third with two 90-beds, and the last with one 160-bed. This bedroom opens onto a large bathroom with a toilet. Crib and high chair. Air-conditioned house. Terrace, garden, and private parking enclosed by a gate. Charcoal grill. Enjoy a lovely relaxation area with a pétanque court surrounding the shared, heated, and secured pool (dimensions: 10 x 5 m). It is open until 8:00 p.m. and features a covered terrace accessible during the day. Use of the pool is guaranteed from June through the end of September at the latest, provided the outdoor temperature is above 25°C. The cottage is located near the highway (no noise disturbances inside).
Beaune is known for its vineyards and its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Numerous events throughout the year: film festivals, baroque music festivals, “Cours aux jardins,” and more. Restaurants and wine tasting cellars. Hiking, walks through the vineyards, and a cycling route through the vineyards between Beaune and Santenay (bike rentals available in town). Also worth exploring along the Route des Grands Crus are the wine-growing villages of Beaune and Côté Plage: 4 natural swimming pools.
