The Tasting Days are often held on a Saturday. They are designed to introduce you, glass in hand, to the methodology and practice of tasting.

Learn to look, smell, taste white wines, red wines and Crémant de Bourgogne and identify their aromas. The conservation, the service of the wines and the association of food and wines are also approached.

After a good lunch and tasting, the afternoon is devoted to the discovery of the terroirs and appellations with a reading of the landscape in the Grands Crus of the Côte de Beaune, followed by a commented tasting on the themes of terroirs and vintages.
At the end of this day, you will be more at ease in front of a glass of Burgundy and you will begin to find the right words to comment on the wines and share your impressions.
